Supreme Court orders continued hearing in Rabi Lamichhane case

Kathmandu, March 15

The Supreme Court has ordered a regular hearing on a petition filed against a decision made by Attorney General Sabita Bhandari Baral.

Attorney General Baral had decided to amend the case filed against Rabi Lamichhane.

Three separate petitions were registered at the Supreme Court challenging that decision. A joint bench of Justices Saranga Subedi and Sunil Kumar Pokharel ordered the case to be kept for continued hearing.

The case will now proceed through regular hearings.
